Why You Should Start a Habit of Consistent Content

Content is simply building on the communication you would do in a face-to-face situation.

In today’s podcast, I share how you should get started with creating content.

The best way to get to know anyone is by talking with them face-to-face.
There is no way to be face-to-face with everyone all the time.

To leverage your time, you must create habits that allow people to get to know you better and understand how you may help them even if you aren’t right in front of them.

You do this through extending the conversation through content.

Consistently being present through producing content builds trust and allows others to get to know you better so that they will want to do business with you. You will begin to attract those who you may serve best and will become your ideal client.

Ideally, you would be creating content on your website on a weekly basis. But what if you don’t have a website yet? Don’t let that stop you from getting started with the habit of creating consistent content.

If your website isn’t up and going yet, start with committing to consistent social media posts or weekly emails to your contacts. Both are key components in building your marketing foundation.

You need content strategies for all three: website, email, and social.
