Healthy Living Made Simple with Dr. Lisa Olszewski

The new year has kicked off and one of the most popular resolutions revolves around living a healthier life. Whether it’s starting a new diet, vowing to eat more leafy greens, or getting to the gym more often to get in shape, most of us have great intentions to make this year’s health resolutions stick.

We start with enthusiasm, then after a few weeks, those old habits creep their way back into our routine.

Why would a show about creating a lifestyle business be talking about health?

Maintaining the best health we can is beneficial for anyone to live a full and vibrant life whether you’re growing a lifestyle business or not. I’m no health expert and I’m like most of the population. I struggle with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. All the healthy living information out there is so confusing and overwhelming.

That’s why I asked my friend, Dr. Lisa Olszewski, to this week’s show. She keeps it real and helps break down all the clutter when it comes to health so you can focus on what really matters.

Dr. Olszewski is a chiropractor, naturopath and keto nutrition fanatic. When she’s not adjusting spines in her chiropractic office, she’s passionately making healthy living simple through her online courses, virtual summits and one on one coaching so everyone can achieve a vibrant level of health. She recently made history in the state of Michigan by becoming the first female President of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors.

Meet Dr. Lisa as she shares some practical ways to keep steadfast to your healthy living resolutions.

Enjoy!
