The Journey Up the Mountain with Marshall Townsend

I’m happy to bring back to the show, Marshall Townsend. Marshall began his journey into leadership with 20 years in the active-duty U.S. Army as an Armor Officer. In 1999 he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and became a leadership coach, trainer, and mentor for the Army National Guard. Over the next 16 years, he trained combat units that deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq.

In 2015 he left the world of government contracts and started his company MT2 Leadership as an executive leadership coach, trainer, and keynote speaker.

Today, he helps business owners and leaders create companies and organizations ready to compete on the business battlefield.

It’s always fun talking with Marshall. He’s creating that life with more meaning and fun work to feed his lifestyle. The great thing is, as his role as a leadership coach…he’s able to work with his clients for them to achieve a life full work fun lifestyle too!
