Business growth is often stunted because there’s a disconnect between the vision and the doing part of what it takes to see the vision through.
As a small business owner, I’m sure you feel like you must do everything. Everything seems to be on your shoulders.
The longer we’re in business and the more we grow, the more important it becomes to have systems in place. You have the vision… but it takes systems and implementing those systems to make the vision a reality.
An implementer is the bridge between the vision and the front-line doers. They are the translators, the trainers, the creators, and the jugglers. Attention to details and holistic view of what must be done moves vision to reality.
